Bucherer UK increased sales and more than tripled pre-tax profit in 2025 as it expanded its retail network and benefited from stronger luxury demand, according to documents filed on Companies House this month.
Revenue rose 11% to £109.2 million in the year to 31 December, 2025, up from £98.2 million in 2024. Pre-tax profit increased 254% from £937,000 to £3.3 million, while EBITDA climbed 51% to £6.5 million.
Gross profit grew 16% to £31.1 million, outpacing sales growth, as Bucherer’s gross margin improved from 27% to 28%.
The company attributed the performance partly to the reopening of a refurbished boutique in March 2025 – in that month it reopened an expanded boutique in Westfield London – and the launch of a new concession that year. It also reported witnessing general increased demand within the luxury retail market during the year.
Bucherer UK identified maintaining relationships and retail licences with leading watch and jewellery brands as central to the breadth of its offer.
