The If I Ain't Got You singer, and her producer husband, Swizz Beatz, chose pieces from the Tiffany & Co. archives for their red carpet appearance at the Met Gala.

Last night, the singer Alicia Keys and her husband, Swizz Beatz, walked the red carpet to attend the 2022 Met Gala.
In celebration of this year’s theme, America’s Gilded Age and its influence on New York City (concrete jungle where dreams are made of…), Keys wore a custom gown by Ralph Lauren. The silvery, Lady Liberty-style dress boasted a duchess satin cape, hand-embroidered and beaded with more than 200,000 crystals to resemble the skyline of the Big Apple at night.
To complement her look, the singer chose jewellery from the archives of Tiffany & Co., the New York jeweller founded in the city back in 1837.
Keys wore a pair of iridium-platinum earrings with diamonds and emeralds, which dates from the late 1920s and perfectly complemented the sparkle from her dress, and from miniature crystals placed in her hair. She also chose a gold and platinum bracelet in matching shades of diamonds, emeralds and Montana sapphires, also created in the Jazz Age.
Meanwhile, Keys’ husband, the music producer Swizz Beatz, also in custom Ralph Lauren, embellished his outfit with a Sea Star brooch fashioned from platinum, 18k yellow gold and diamonds, and a pair of acorn-motif cufflinks with 18k yellow gold and hematite. Both were designed by Jean Schlumberger, who joined Tiffany & Co. in 1956.
