Chanel has unveiled a new fine jewellery offering that sparkles in white and gold diamonds for the N°5 fragrance 100th anniversary
At Chanel, celebrations of the best-loved Chanel N°5 fragrance and the olfactory creation’s 100th anniversary continue apace. Following in the footsteps of a high jewellery collection that was first unveiled earlier this year is a fine jewellery offering. Made from white gold and diamonds, the collection pays homage to Chanel N°5 through prestige materials and the craft of jewellery making.
Two lead motifs – Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel’s lucky number five and a stylised drop of perfume, feature across a pendant, ring, necklace and a pair of earrings. Chanel’s Eternal N°5 necklace can be worn in two ways – long or short – and is cast from white gold. It sparkles with a cascade of white diamonds, the last gems a nod to drops of liquid fragrance, and also features the number five emblem. A pair of Eternal N°5 earrings can also be worn long or short; one features the number 5, the other a drop-shaped diamond. The numerical theme continues with a Chanel Eternal N°5 white gold ring, at its centre a diamond-set five.
