Dior celebrates haute couture with new Galons Dior jewellery

Victoire de Castellane's latest jewellery designs for Dior Joaillerie are a glittering ode to haute couture and the braiding that finishes these complex garments

Galons Dior, the latest offering of fine jewellery by Dior Joaillerie’s artistic director Victoire de Castellane, is a glittering ode to the use of braiding, the finishing touch to the French maison’s high dressmaking.

De Castellane has long sought inspiration from the world of couture. Take her Dior Délicat high jewellery collection, unveiled back in February, where a series of one-of-a-kind pieces paid homage to the complex work of embroidery in haute couture garments.

De Castellane first dazzled us with Galons Dior back in 2022 with the debut of a high jewellery collection that reimagined house founder Christian Dior’s beloved galons. This month, she expands the collection with a new limited-edition range of fine jewellery in four precious motifs: the Milieu du sièclegalon, the floral galon, the zigzag galon and the pearly galon.

These additions to Galons Dior are available in rose and yellow gold, with an intertwining repetitive pattern that has been used to decorate a new necklace, bracelet, ring and earrings.
