Giorgio Armani 11 is the new limited edition unisex watch produced in conjunction with luxury Swiss watchmaker Parmigiani Fleurier
By Joshua Hendren
Giorgio Armani, Italy’s ultimate arbiter of good taste, has captured the attention of the watchmaking world with a new, unisex timepiece, the Giorgio Armani 11.
Named after the street number of the brand’s historic headquarters on Milan’s Via Borgonuovo, the new series of numbered wristwatches has been designed in collaboration with Parmigiani Fleurier, a Swiss watchmaking maison founded in 1996 by master watchmaker and restorer Michel Parmigiani.
Powered by a moonphase and automatic movement, the Giorgio Armani 11 nods to the generation-defining tailoring of the brand’s namesake founder with chic, sharp details: a logo punctuates the square-shaped dial at twelve o’clock recalling the Giorgio Armani label found inside jackets, while the hands are slimline like a needle and scissors.
Available in five lust-worthy iterations (steel with a grey or blue dial, rose gold with an ivory or grey dial and yellow gold with a black dial), the new Giorgio Armani 11 watches will be available to shop from late November in selected Giorgio Armani boutiques around the world.
