Joy Crookes jewellery at Brit Awards 2022

Joy Crookes, the Brit Awards nominee shone on the red carpet in Venyx earrings and jewellery by designer Bhavya Ramesh

The Brit Awards’ Best New Artist and Best Pop/R&B Act nominee Joy Crookes. Joy Crookes’s jewellery was eye-catching, she wore Venyx earrings at last night’s music celebration in London. Artist Adele scooped three out of the four big awards: Best Artist, Best Album and Best Song – for “Easy on Me”.

Crookes had a custom look for the occasion which her stylist – Natalie Roar – told Vogue, had been influenced by her South Asian roots. A beaded bra top and jewelled cape are reported to have taken six weeks to make by designer Kate Walker, who has worked at Alexander McQueen.

Roar had been to Alperton, Walthamstow Central and Southall for jewellery and material for the look, which was accompanied by chains and gold finger cuffs made by the jewellery designer Bhavya Ramesh in India. Venyx Teer earrings in yellow gold, diamonds and mother of pearl were also added. She shone on the red carpet.
