The Princess of Wales accessorised her sunny yellow dress with a pair of Hera earrings from British designer Emily Mortimer, a jeweller that counts her sister-in-law Meghan Markle as a longtime fan

Catherine, Princess of Wales wore a sparkling set of drop earrings from a brand beloved by Meghan Markle as she visited a maternity hospital yesterday.
Resplendent in a sunshine yellow midi dress by Karen Millen, the Princess of Wales accessorised with the Hera earrings from British designer Emily Mortimer. Sculpted in white gold, the suspended pear-shaped drops are iced in pavé diamonds. Versatile enough to match with everything from sophisticated evening ensembles to simple autumn outfits, the drops can also be detached and the set can also be worn solely as hoops.
Founded in 2015, Emily Mortimer is one of the UK’s most celebrated gemstone jewellers, best known for her elevated everyday styles that count the Princess of Wales’ sister-in-law Meghan as a long-time fan.
The Duchess of Sussex was first seen sporting the brand back in October 2018 on a royal visit to New Zealand’s Auckland War Memorial Museum. Here, she opted for an artful pair of topaz gold earrings – a gift from Mortimer to mark Meghan’s engagement to Prince Harry.
Meghan went on to wear a second pair of jewels from the brand at the WellChild Awards in 2019, this time selecting a subtle pair of gold studs.
As well as the Duchess of Sussex, the Woodbridge-based jeweller also counts the likes of Ellie Goulding, Vogue Williams, Laura Whitmore and Fiona Bruce as celebrity fans.
