The jewellery looks worn by the music stars at the 65th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. From Harry Styles' incredible sequinned jumpsuit by Swarovski to Taylor Swift bedecked in Lorraine Schwartz and JLo glittering in Bulgari

Spectacular diamond jewellery creations dominated the evening at the Grammy Awards 2023 in Los Angeles. Hollywood’s fashionable jeweller of choice, Lorraine Schwartz, dressed Taylor Swift and Beyoncé, who also recently wore her jewellery in Dubai. Other artists went for heritage looks such as Bulgari’s Serpenti as worn by JLo, meanwhile Adele chose her look from the iconic Schlumberger collection by Tiffany & Co.
Taylor Swift stayed on theme in a sparkling deep blue Roberto Cavalli gown, a nod to her latest album, Midnights. The Bejeweled singer finished off her look in a show-stopping pair of earrings by New York designer Lorraine Schwartz, who has risen to become the jeweller of choice for many of Hollywood’s leading ladies. The geometric pieces were crafted with over 136 carats of natural purple sapphires (clearly, purple is the shade of the season) framed with diamonds and are thought to be worth over US$3 million.
Beyoncé wore glittering drop earrings by Lorraine Schwartz with 70 carats of diamonds when accepting her award for Best Dance/Electronic Music Album (making her the most decorated Grammy winner in history, with a whopping 32 trophies)
JLo dazzled in the rocks that she got from Roman jeweller Bulgari. The award-winning singer and actress layered two signature high jewellery Serpenti necklaces, with over 150 carats of diamonds between them. Alongside this, she picked a pair of high jewellery sapphire and diamond earrings and several of the house’s high jewellery rings with matching gemstones.
Queen Latifah also chose Bulgari, adding a dash of colour to her monochromatic ensemble with a pair of high jewellery earrings set with pear-cut Paraiba tourmalines and round brilliant diamonds.
Like last year, Tiffany & Co. dressed several stars in a multitude of its signature designs. Adele collected her Best Pop Solo Performance trophy in a dazzling pair of 18k gold, platinum and diamond earrings by Schlumberger, plus a Victoria diamond mixed cluster bracelet, an enormous emerald cut diamond ring and a further diamond ring with platinum and yellow gold.
Jay Z added also added some archival Tiffany sparkled to his dinner jacket with a Schlumberger Bird on a Rock brooch.
Olivia Rodrigo chose to keep things pared back, opting for an oversized Elsa Peretti Bean design pendant in black lacquer and Japanese hardwood, with matching Bean earrings in silver.
Gentlemen’s brooches were back. Trevor Noah’s showcased an 18k high jewellery brooch by Cartier, set with the house’s iconic mix of emeralds, onyx and diamonds combining it with a white dinner jacket.
Steve Lacy, who took home the gong for Best Progressive R&B Album on the night and gave a performance of Bad Habit on stage with Thundercat, adorned his sleek black Saint Laurent suit with a large crystal and pearl pin.
Also styling out a shirtless suit, Saint Jhn opted for a layered necklace look, mixing iconic Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra with a diamond-encrusted chain.
Though she accepted an award for Best Audio Book, Narration and Storytelling, Viola Davis kept her jewellery relatively simple and let her sequinned dress do all the talking on the night. She chose white diamond pieces from the Milanese brand’s Iconic, Serbia and Nudo collections.
Finally, Shania Twain’s outré red wig and Harris Reed ensemble may not have impressed people much (sorry, we had to), but Messika’s jewels proved white diamonds are still the ones for her when it comes to the red carpet.
