Love a limited-edition timepiece? Chanel has now launched Chanel WANTED, a capsule collection of black and white watches devoted to the label's iconic brand lettering. Logo lovers, it's time to choose your fighter

It seems the luxury industry’s fervent logo-mania shows no signs of slowing down. The Parisian house of Chanel has now capitalised on its iconic lettered branding with a new capsule collection of sleek monochromatic watches, all dedicated to the power of its six-lettered moniker.
There are five numbered and limited-edition ‘HIGHLY WANTED’ boxes of its J12 watches. Each of the six 38mm watches in the set are crafted from black ceramic and 34 brilliant-cut diamonds, including one on their crowns. They also all contain the brand’s self-winding Calibre 12.1 movement and are chronometer-certified, with a power reserve of 70 hours. Chanel’s logo appears on each watch in a different pattern, meaning die-hard fans can wear the monogram in a different way almost every day of the week.
For those who want to opt for a single watch, the new WANTED options are no less varied. The new limited-edition 38mm J12 is also available as an individual watch, in glossy black ceramic with the letters CHANEL emblazoned across the entirety of the bezel and dial, which have been deliberately pared back to let the name shine. There is also a limited-edition 33mm quartz version in white ceramic, with a flurry of silvery rhodium-plated logos descending down the dial, like a monogrammed snowstorm.
It’s not just the sports watches which get the big name treatment. There’s also a limited-edition version of Chanel’s ever-popular Première watch, in silvery steel with a black onyx cabochon at its crown. Its signature steel-and-leather bracelet, inspired by the chain links of Chanel’s famous handbags, now bears six dangling lettered charms – perfect for those who prefer to stack their wrists with a melange of dainty bracelets and trinkets.
The newest watch model included in Chanel’s WANTED line up is the Code Coco, which was unveiled in 2017. Its punky black leather strap is now punctuated with Chanel’s brand lettering and its black lacquered dial bears a princess-cut diamond above the moveable clasp. And just in time for the great revival of all things 90s in fashion, there is also a limited-edition WANTED Boy.Friend watch, with the emblazoned on the watch’s lacquered dial, amidst a digitally-inspired pixellated design that evokes fond memories of early computer games like Tetris. So that no one misses it, the six steel letters have also been riveted to the leather watch strap.
Logo lovers, it’s time to choose your fighter.
