New Omega Speedmaster counts down to the Olympics

Swiss watchmaker Omega has launched a new edition of the Chronoscope to countdown the 100 days until the Paris Olympics officially begin

With the Paris Olympics due to start in just 100 days, Omega – the official timekeeper of the world’s most famous sporting gala – has launched a special new edition of their Chronoscope watch.

Four new models have been created in the gold, black, and white colours of the Paris Olympic Games. This includes a version in full stainless steel and another with a ceramic bezel and an 18K Moonshine Gold case and bracelet – Omega’s own hue of yellow gold.

Each of the watches feature a tachymeter, used for timing distance and speed and taken from an iconic 1940s design, while the rear of the watch features a commemorative caseback with the Olympic rings, the enduring flame and Paris 2024.
