Princess Charlotte wore a diamond horseshoe brooch pinned to her left lapel in a sweet tribute to her late great-grandmother's love of horses. The sentimental piece of jewellery was gifted to the young princess by Queen Elizabeth herself

Princess Charlotte wore her first royal brooch while attending Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral at Westminster Abbey on Monday.
The 7-year-old daughter of William, Prince of Wales and Catherine, Princess of Wales arrived at Westminster Abbey for the state funeral of her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, alongside her mother, brother, Prince George, and Camilla, Queen Consort.
Charlotte also wore fine millinery for the first time ever at the Westminster Abbey service in a wide-brimmed bowler with a bow that matched her Ancar coat, tights, and ballet pumps.
Like her daughter, the Princess of Wales also paid tribute to the late Queen with her own jewellery choices for the state funeral.
Kate opted for a four-row Japanese Pearl Choker and matching Bahrain Pearl Earrings, both items from the Queen’s personal collection.
