The Brit Awards returned last night, with all the high octane glamour you’d expect from the biggest night in the UK music industry calendar. As the stars descended on London’s O2 Arena for a night of celebrations, so did their eye-catching jewels, with all-out diamonds, and fantastical surrealism being the order of the day.
From man of the night Harry Styles and his giant flower choker to Eliza Rose’s touching pearl tribute to British icon Vivienne Westwood, here are our favourite jewellery looks from the Brit Awards 2023.
Harry Styles
Harry Styles, who took home all four Brit awards he was nominated for, stole the show in this oversized floral necklace from Nina Ricci by Harris Reed.
He paired the statement choker with his signature cross necklace and a Gucci banana pendant as well as fistfuls of gems, including a Gucci lion head, a Sophie Jane Jewels pearl and diamond figural ring and an antique Georgian octagonal micro-mosaic ring.
Jessie J
Jessie J flaunted her growing baby bump in this dramatic red look, elevated with chunky gold jewels by Mae Cassidy and Jill Hopkins.
Jodie Turner-Smith
Trust Jodie Turner-Smith to turn a look. The British actress walked the red carpet in a stop-and-stare Chopard suite, including this Haute Joaillerie white gold necklace framed in diamonds and set with a staggering 220.66 carats of cultured pearls.
She paired the creation with two rings, one studded with round-shaped diamonds, the other featuring an oval-shaped aquamarine and pear-shaped orange sapphires.
Ashley Roberts
Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts glistened in daring diamond talismans by Smiling Rocks and Anayah Jewellery.
Munroe Bergdorf
Munroe Bergdorf paired her dreamy black PVC gown with pops of colourful finger candy by Fabergé.
Damian Hurley
It was Chopard galore for Damian Hurley. The English actor and model kept it classic in a necklace from the brand’s L’Heure Du Diamant collection, set with emeralds and diamonds, as well as two white gold Ice Cube rings and a bangle set with diamonds, paired with a watch from the L.U.C collection.
Harriet Rose
Harriet Rose is all about the statement necklace in this silvery chain by Serge DeNimes.
Maya Jama
Love Island host Maya Jama wore a beaded black Schiaparelli gown for the occasion. The highlight? A pair of large surrealist earrings, shaped like a golden sun.
Eliza Rose
Eliza Rose, who was up for song of the year, stunned head-to-toe in Vivienne Westwood, including the late designer’s signature Bas Relief pearl necklace.

Best Dance Act Becky Hill matched her shimmering sequin number with lab-grown bling from Smiling Rocks.
Camille Razat
Camille Razat also wore Chopard, selecting a Haute Joaillerie necklace with cushion-shaped tanzanites, round diamonds and blue sapphires, which she coordinated with a blue sapphire and diamond cuff bracelet and two rings, one featuring oval-shaped sapphires, the other briolette-cut and round-shaped diamonds.
