Zara Tindall sports unusual diamond ring stack at Royal Ascot

Princess Anne's daughter Zara Tindall wore a rarely-seen diamond eternity ring stack for day two of Royal Ascot, layering her diamond engagement ring, wedding band and a new platinum token

Zara Tindall, the daughter of Princess Anne, sparkled in one of her lesser-known jewellery pieces during the second day of Royal Ascot 2023.

Tindall, who has long stacked her diamond engagement ring with her wedding band, has been photographed since day one of Ascot with the addition of another similar band.

The ring in question appears to be crafted in platinum with diamonds twinkling at the centre in a similar setting to her wedding ring.

It’s unclear when the royal added this ring to her trinket box, or if it was a touching keepsake from her husband Mike Tindall.

What is clear, however, is that the wedding ring stack currently worn by Tindall is not her original one. On her wedding day in 2011, she tied the knot with a simple platinum band worn underneath her £140,000 engagement ring – a split-shank diamond-studded band festooned with a central solitaire diamond.

Years later, she began wearing her current wedding band, which also features a central string of small diamonds.
