Fope increased first-half revenue by 32% to €56.8 million as growth across Europe and the Americas was supplemented by expansion in Asia.
The Italian jewellery company generated net profit of €9.4 million in the six months to 30 June 2026, up 66% from €5.6 million during the same period last year.
EBITDA rose 40% to €14.8 million, while its margin widened from 24.6% to 26.1%. Operating profit increased 46% to €13.3 million.
Fope said the results reflected growth in its established markets, including the US, Germany and the UK, alongside investment in Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia.
The comparison includes price increases introduced during the opening months of 2026 in response to the rising cost of gold. However, chief executive Diego Nardin said higher sales volumes and primary sales margins had also contributed to the improvement in profitability.
“The process of further strengthening our brand’s distinctive positioning within the international luxury landscape is reflected in the results achieved during the first half of the year,” he said.
The company entered the second half with an order book ahead of the equivalent period in 2025 and in line with its budget. It expects full-year sales volumes to exceed those recorded last year, although it continues to flag geopolitical and wider macroeconomic risks.
Fope’s international expansion has accelerated since the period covered by the results. It established a French subsidiary in August and will open its first single-brand boutique in China at Hong Kong’s Harbour City on 30 September, operated with its local distribution partner. Further openings are planned in the market.
Founded in Vicenza in 1929, Fope produces all its jewellery at its Italian headquarters and generates approximately 87% of revenue outside Italy. Its collections are sold through more than 700 points of sale worldwide, supported by subsidiaries in the US, UK, Germany, Japan and Dubai.
The group ended June with a cash-positive net financial position of €9.9 million, broadly unchanged from €10 million at the end of 2025. The combination of rising sales, an expanding margin and continued cash reserves gives Fope scope to pursue its international retail strategy without weakening its balance sheet.
