FoundRae, a brand loved by Taylor Swift, has made its first moves outside of America, opening a London retail space on Mount Street in Mayfair.
The New York City based company was established in 2015 by husband and wife team Murat and Beth Bugdaycay and had a quick rise to the top of the luxury jewellery world, being awarded Breakthrough of the Year by Town & Country in 2018, while stars such as Zendaya and Cynthia Erivo were quick to catch on.
Each of FoundRae’s stores have symbols unique to each location and for London, it is the Double Cherry, which is featured on the doorway as you enter the shop.
FoundRae have also launched an exclusive piece that can only be purchased in-stone in London. The Double Cherry London Exclusive Medallion features cabochon-cut garnets and pavé diamonds and the cherry is based on a type that is native to the UK.
The piece also takes inspiration from Shakespeare, in particular the quote from A Midsummer Night’s Dream: “So we grew together, Like to a double cherry, seeming parted, But yet an union in partition, Two lovely berries moulded on one stem.”
The London space officially opens on July 14 but has been soft launching for several weeks.
Taylor Swift has been one of the biggest advocates for the brand, noticeably wearing a T medallion made out of 18 karat gold and set with baguette and round diamonds.

Swift also wore FoundRae’s Miniature Heart Initial earring in her engagement photos with Travis Kelce.
The “Love Story” singer has also been spotted wearing FoundRae pieces while supporting Kelce in attendance at Kansas City Chiefs games. She opted for an Enamel Miniature Chain, which celebrates the seven types of classic love.
It’s so far happy ever after for Swift and Kelce as they tied the knot in an extravagant, star-studded ceremony at Madison Square Gardens in New York last weekend.
In front of stars such as Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lawrence, Swift and Kelce had Adam Sandler officiate the ceremony which was attended by around 1,000 people in total.
While no pictures of the wedding have yet been released, it is known that Swift wore Cartier jewellery during the ceremony but the specifics regarding her ring have not yet been divulged.
It has also been reported that Cartier watches were also up for grabs during a raffle that took place during the event. Guests played guests throughout the celebration with the chance to win a number of luxury prizes including the watches and Travis Kelce’s Chevrolet Chevelle that he drove during his first date with the singer.
Swift also wore a Dior Haute Couture dress designed by Jonathan Anderson with the fashion house saying in a statement: “Christian Dior Haute Couture is delighted to confirm it has created the wedding looks for the marriage of Taylor and Travis. They have been created in Dior’s ateliers at 30 Avenue Montaigne, Paris, and designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the couple.
“Jonathan Anderson and the House of Dior extend their congratulations to the Bride and Groom.”
