Harry Styles shimmered at the 2023 Grammy Awards in a rainbow, harlequin jumpsuit designed by French fashion brand EgonLab.
The colourful couture-like creation is set with 250,000 Swarovski crystals in a diamond-patterned mesh of nine colours. Custom made in Paris, the look required over 150 hours of workmanship.
“This unique custom-made piece is a transcription of Harry’s aura and his fearless approach to fashion. The powerful colour combination is a visual metaphor for his personality, his commitment to self-expression and total acceptance,” says EgonLab, a unisex label founded in late 2018 by creative duo Florentin Glémarec and Kevin Nompeix.
“We worked with Swarovski crystals as they seem to come alive as the light dances across their surface in a hypnotic show. It is like a window to another world, a world of pure magic and wonder.”
