The fabulously campy press tour of the highly-anticipated Barbie movie continued with a star-studded premiere in London last night.
Fans flocked to Cineworld in Leicester Square as A-listers including Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, America Ferrera and Hari Nef recreated some of the classic doll’s most iconic outfits on the glamorous pink carpet.
Robbie, who stars as the titular character in the upcoming film, did not disappoint, upping the fashion ante in a soft-pink custom Vivienne Westwood Moonlight gown with a frothy tulle neckline and opera gloves.
In homage to the 1960 Enchanted Evening Barbie doll, Robbie accessorised her look with glittery Christian Louboutin heels and a three-tiered pearl choker and earrings by New York-based jeweller Assael, one of the world’s most trusted purveyors of high luxury pearl jewellery since the late 1940s.
