Pomellato and DoDo welcome new chief executives today as parent company Kering sharpens its strategy for two of its key jewellery brands.
Charlotte Fournet takes the helm at Pomellato, while Krizia Cucurachi becomes chief executive of DoDo, with both officially moving into their roles today. Fournet and Cucurachi will both be based in Milan and report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, group chief operating officer of Kering and chief executive of Kering Jewelry.
Fournet has been charged with leading Pomellato’s next phase of development, with a focus on elevating the brand, increasing store productivity and pursuing what Kering described as “disciplined distribution expansion”.
She brings more than 14 years of experience in luxury merchandising and product strategy to the role. Fournet joined Saint Laurent in 2014 before moving to Gucci in 2019 and Bottega Veneta in 2020. Most recently, she served as collection merchandising director at Bottega Veneta, overseeing merchandising strategy across all product categories.
At DoDo, Cucurachi will oversee the brand’s strategic development, with a mandate to sharpen its positioning, strengthen its emotional connection with customers and reinforce its leadership in Italy. She will also lead selective expansion into international markets.
