Anne Hathaway stuns in Bulgari high jewellery at Cannes as she becomes new brand ambassador

Anne Hathaway is announced as Bulgari's latest brand ambassador during the Cannes film festival and stuns wearing a huge blue sapphire necklace from their Mediterranean Reverie new high jewellery collection.

Anne Hathaway, star of Armageddon Time, appeared at the premiere for Armageddon Time. She was wearing and elegant shimmering column dress by Armani Privé. She has just been announced as the latest brand ambassador for Roman brand, Bulgari

To celebrate her new partnership with the brand she wore Bulgari high jewellery including a necklace from its upcoming “Eden and The Garden of Wonders” high jewellery collection. Hathaway’s ‘Mediterranean Reverie’ necklace is one of the most precious pieces ever created by the Roman jeweller, and is set with a rare 107.15 carat cushion-cut sapphire from Sri Lanka. Crafted in platinum, the piece also showcases an array of other sapphires and brilliant, pear-cut and pavé-set diamonds. Hathaway paired the necklace with a matching sapphire ring.

There were 1700 man hours of craftsmanship involved in creating the Mediterranean Reverie necklace. A royal blue sapphire sits elegantly above three diamond drops, complemented by a stunning diamond chain.
