In a collaboration that aims to celebrate the very best of British craftsmanship, Bond Street jeweller Boodles and car maker Bentley have worked together for the second time to create diamond-set vehicles. Read all about them below.

Following the buzz created in 2024, when the two brands produced a one-of-a-kind diamond-embellished Continental GTC (which sold out on the day it launched), this second design project is being made available across all Bentley models, allowing jewellery-loving petrol heads to get their own diamond fix.

The first car to roll off the production line in this latest project is the extended wheelbase Bentley Bentayga. Commissioned through Bentley’s Mulliner department – the brand’s in-house luxury bespoke team – this new SUV has been tricked out in a Boodles ‘Classic’ specification.
This means jewel-like badging, refined pin-striped detailing (what could possibly be more British?), and levelled-up interiors that resemble a luxe, leather-lined jewellery box – think buttery-soft leathers, shining veneers and soft ambient lighting. There’s even a ‘Be Boodles’ signature diamond motif near the gear stick.

“This feels like a natural progression. We share northern roots and a belief in British craftsmanship and precision,” says Honour Wainwright, Boodles‘ director of marketing and sixth-generation of the jewellery-making family. “Bringing Boodles’ design language into Bentley’s world has been incredibly rewarding, and it is thrilling to see it evolve into something our customers can now make their own.”
This is just the latest in a sparkling line-up of jewellery-adorned automobiles, destined for ultra-luxurious homes. Back in 2017, Mercedes-Benz teamed up with German jeweller Thomas Sabo on a limited-edition A-class Peak model that featured Sabo’s signature ‘Rebel at Heart’ and ‘Glam & Soul’ motifs throughout its design.

More recently, in October 2024, Jaguar marked the 50th anniversary of the end of its legendary E-type production with the creation of a Classic E-type Commemorative model, which boasted an interior scheme co-designed with jewellers Deakin & Hall, who adorned the vehicle with mother-of-pearl and 18K gold accents.
And earlier this year, leading Middle Eastern jeweller Damas Jewellery customised seven limited-edition INFINITI QX80 models to celebrate the UAE’s 54th National Day. Each showcased a piece of bespoked dashboard jewellery inspired by the constellations that were seen across the night sky on the night of the UAE’s foundation.
