The Prince and Princess of Wales represented the British Royal Family at the Jordanian wedding of Crown Prince Hussein and Rajwa Al Saif on Thursday (1 June).

Attending alongside Princess Beatrice, Kate Middleton opted for an Elie Saab gown from the AW17 collection for the official ceremony, which she accessorised with a pair of earrings which remain unidentified, although royal fans have speculated they could have been a wedding gift from the Jordan Royal Family back in 2011.

For the evening banquet, the Princess of Wales donned the Lover’s Knot Tiara, her go-to sparkler. Created for the Royal Family by Garrard in 1914, the diadem was inherited by the late Queen Elizabeth II upon Queen Mary’s death in 1953, who reportedly presented it to Princess Diana for her royal wedding day in 1981.

The twinkling diamond and pearl tiara has since become one of Kate’s favourite royal heirlooms, worn on this occasion with the Greville Chandelier earrings, which were created in 1918 and modified to their current form in 1929.
As for Princess Beatrice, the royal looked effortlessly regal in a pair of diamond chandelier earrings, which she wore to the religious ceremony and at the evening banquet with the York Tiara.
