It was in 2012 that Charlotte Dauphin de La Rochefoucauld began making creations for her contemporary jewellery brand Dauphin. The company officially made its debut in 2014, when Dauphin was 24, presenting a first collection at Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. That same year came the opening of a first space at 16 Place Vendôme.

Inspiration comes from sculpture and Dauphin is interested in body language and how her pieces can enhance this. Architecture, film, light, writing and music also serve as influences. The jewellery is precise and elegant.
Three years ago, the brand celebrated its fifth anniversary with a book in collaboration with Paolo Roversi, with whom Dauphin has often collaborated.
