Tiffany and Co. have this week (September 17) unveiled one of the highlights of its Blue Book 2025 – an exclusive ‘Starfish’ watch.
Tiffany & Co. launched its High Jewellery collection back in April with ‘Sea of Wonder’ – a group of jewels that was said to “celebrate the allure, motion and mystery of the oceans.”
The collection, which was designed by Nathalie Verdeille – Tiffany and Co.’s Chief Artistic Officer of Jewellery and High Jewellery – was described as being “a surreal journey from the figurative to the abstract” and was inspired by famed Tiffany designer Jean Schlumberger and his legendary aquatic designs.
Now, one of the standout pieces from that collection has been launched and is said to pay homage to Schlumberger and his iconic designs.
A statement said the timepiece “draws direct inspiration from an iconic pearl and diamond Starfish brooch found within The Tiffany Archives.”
It added: “The design reimagines the starfish motif through a contemporary lens, showcasing Schlumberger’s signature blend of naturalism and abstraction. It captures the essence of the starfish in a modern and elegant way.”
The dial features two rotating starfish and a diamond outer ring. The watch case, meanwhile, is set using round full-cut diamonds of different sizes to “create an almost unbroken expanse of light and reflection, with minimal visible metal,” a statement explained.
It continued: “Adorned with a total of 891 round brilliant diamonds of nearly 6 total carats, the watch embodies Tiffany’s dedication to exquisite craftsmanship and the use of the finest gemstones.”
The 39mm watch model is powered with a self-winding movement and also has a classic time-setting and winding crown.

In a statement about the Blue Book upon its launch this spring, Verdeille said: “Each piece in our latest Blue Book collection, Sea of Wonder, captivates and invites us to lose ourselves in the rich storytelling as we embark on a journey through uncharted realms of the deep sea.
“While each creation weaves a story of the ocean and its wonders, these extraordinary pieces also tell a broader narrative of the House’s love of pushing boundaries, our relentless pursuit of that which has never been done before, and the spirit of extraordinary savoir faire that has defined Tiffany & Co. since 1837,” Verdeille continued.
“Drawing inspiration from Jean Schlumberger’s fascination with the sea, our House’s pioneering spirit endures, driving us to reinvent archival inspirations from a modern perspective.”
Tiffany & Co. added: “As Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder reimagines the hidden wonders of the ocean, it reminds us that the most beautiful things in the world often lie in the most unexplored and uncharted realms. This collection is a testament to Tiffany & Co.’s commitment to creativity, craftsmanship and a deep reverence for nature’s infinite mysteries.”
In other Tiffany & Co. news, earlier this year, Dua Lipa dazzled in Tiffany & co. jewellery for her latest music video ‘Handlebars’ with Blackpink’s Jennie.
Showcasing the effortless glamour she’s known for, Dua layered multiple iconic Tiffany collections, proving that when it comes to diamonds, more is definitely more. Dua Lipa previously wore Tiffany & Co. diamonds at her appearance at the Met Gala in 2023.
The Blue Book 2025 was also launched during a star-studded event in New York, which saw the likes of Anya Taylor-Joy in attendance.
