Hublot’s Big Bang made an unforgettable debut in 2005 by taking the brand’s original 1980s fusion of gold and rubber to new, innovative heights. Now, on its 20th anniversary, the Swiss watchmaker revisits the signature model with a fresh range of commemorative launches, unveiled at Watches & Wonders 2025.
A highlight is a series of five limited-edition Big Bang models that blend early Big Bang aesthetics, like pinched lugs, a layered case, and a knurled bezel, with modern Big Bang Unico features. These five anniversary pieces, each driven by Hublot’s Unico chronograph movement, also sport an updated rubber strap and One Click interchangeability.

Beyond these collector’s pieces, Hublot showcases fresh ceramic options of the Big Bang Unico 42mm and the Big Bang One Click 33mm, now available in petrol blue and mint green with the Big Bang One Click 33mm available with the added sparkle of a diamond-set steel bezel.

Meanwhile, the Big Bang One Click Joyful unveils five new references in 33mm, each inspired by bold colors and gemstones from iconic Big Bang models of the 2000s. Hublot pairs red spinels, orange sapphires, pink sapphires, blue topaz or tsavorites with matching fibreglass composite elements and a glossy white dial for a striking monochromatic effect.
Another showstopper is the Big Bang Unico Water Blue Sapphire, limited to 50 pieces. Hublot has long explored tinted sapphire cases, and this new ‘water blue’ is a testament to the brand’s technical expertise. The transparent case and bezel highlight the openworked Unico movement inside, finished in a sleek grey to complement the brilliant sapphire tone.

Hublot has also delivered two special sets to commemorate its “Master of Sapphire” status and its achievements in materials and complications.
The Master of Sapphire box set includes five Big Bang MECA-10 models in different colored sapphire or SAXEM, from water blue to neon yellow.
The Materials & High Complications set takes on advanced movements, like tourbillons, minute repeaters, and micro-rotor architectures, each cased in signature Hublot materials such as carbon fibre, ceramic, Texalium, or coloured sapphire. These unique pieces serve as a capsule tour of the brand’s relentless spirit of innovation and experimentation, rounding out a spectacular Big Bang 20th anniversary celebration.
