Another day, another amazing thematic red carpet look from Zendaya. The Spider-Man: Brand New Day actress closed out the film’s whirlwind press tour with an incredible spider-inspired ensemble.
In Los Angeles on Monday night for the premiere of her latest blockbuster, the star looked suitably arachnid-like in a black satin Ashi Studio corset dress and sweeping train, plus a pair of webby Christian Louboutin heels complete with crystal-encrusted black spiders.
Zendaya completed her look with a spectacular pair of geometric earrings by the Parisian jeweller Boucheron. The house identified the diamond-set jewels as the Lavalliere Diamants pendant earrings from its Histoire de Style, Art Déco high jewellery collection, which was first launched in 2021.
Crafted in 18K white gold and adorned with diamonds, onyx and black lacquer, the jewels were actually inspired by the sweeping shape of a cravat, and was originally part of a suite with a matching transformable choker necklace and ring.
Then, of course, there was the sparkling diamond ring and matching gold band on her left hand…
It’s been a huge summer for Zendaya so far, with non-stop red carpet events and photo calls for the year’s biggest films. Spider-Man: Brand New Day has had seven international events alone, from Japan to Los Angeles, and the star has consistently delivered incredible on-theme red carpets looks for each one, all curated with her long-time image architect Law Roach.
She and her newly-minted husband, Tom Holland, have also been busily promoting the Christopher Nolan-directed blockbuster The Odyssey, for which she’s been pulling out equally spectacular on-theme jewels, including ancient gold disc earrings and diamond-studded colliers.
