Why everyone in Hollywood from Sabrina Carpenter to Sydney Sweeney is wearing Tacori right now

Since 1979, Tacori has quietly built its reputation on exquisitely crafted engagement rings, its signature Crescent detailing making it one of America’s best-known bridal jewellers.

Now the California-based house is finding a new audience, with everyone from Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo to Charli XCX, Sydney Sweeney and Selena Gomez choosing its diamond creations for red carpets, premieres and high-profile appearances. So why has Tacori suddenly become one of Hollywood’s go-to brands?

The shift has been deliberate. As luxury consumers increasingly look for craftsmanship and individuality over instantly recognisable logos, Tacori jewellery has repositioned itself beyond bridal while staying true to the values that built the business. Co-owner and head of design Nadine Tacorian believes younger buyers are looking for brands with “real story, provenance and individuality”, favouring pieces that “feel personal rather than mass produced”.

This philosophy runs through every single one of their pieces. Made in California is a big factor allowing customisation from the choice of diamond and setting to hidden design details and engravings. This allows customers to create jewellery that feels uniquely their own. “It is not just jewellery you wear,” says Tacorian. “It is jewellery that is made for you.”

Tacori’s jewellery designs have resonated with some of the biggest names in entertainment from Miley Cyrus at the Golden Globes afterparty, Olivia Rodrigo collecting an award, or KATSEYE at the American Music Awards. Here’s the lowdown on the celebrities putting the brand in the spotlight.

Famous cursed diamonds and the stories that won’t die

Diamonds are famous for their beauty and value, but a few have earned a rather darker reputation. Wrapped in tales of bad luck, tragedy, and mystery, these so-called cursed gems have fascinated people for centuries. Whether the stories are true or not, they certainly make these diamonds harder to forget. So polish your magnifying glass and proceed with caution, these sparkling stones may be more than just pretty rocks.

Hope Diamond curse

The Hope Diamond is a large blue diamond purchased in 1668 by King Louis XIV which was sold to him by Jean-Baptiste Tavernier on his last journey to India form 1664-1668. The king ordered the diamond to be cut from its original form, around 115 modern carats, to a 69-carat heart-shaped diamond, which was rereferred to as “the great violet diamond of His Majesty”, as well as “Le Bijou du Roi (the Kings jewel). This curse of this jewel is its tie to unfortunate events, it’s associated with the deaths of many of its owners. Louis XIV had gangrene and passed away, King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were executed during the French revolution. Soon afterwards Marie-Louise, a member of Marie Antoinette’s court briefly wore the diamond and died swiftly.

The diamond was stolen by Wilhelm Fals, a Dutch jeweller who cut the diamond down to 45-carats, but was incredibly murdered by his son who stole the diamond. It reappeared in 1839 and was then sold again in 1910 by Simon Montharides, who then drove off a cliff. It was bought from Pierre Cartier of Cartier in 1912 by a rich heiress Evalyn Walsh McLean who faced many unfortunate events, including the death of her mother-in-law, her 9-year-old son, her daughter and later her husband after he left her for another woman. She died in huge debt, and the diamond was sold in 1949, which was then again donated in 1958 to the Smithsonian Institution and sent in the post. The postman who delivered the diamond died in an accident not long later, as well as his house burning down.

Currently, the diamond which is set in a pendant resides at the National Museum of Natural History in Washington D.C. These tragic stories could of course be pure coincidence or a form of strategic storytelling, or the diamond brings misfortune for being stolen from a Hindu idol in India, to not only its owners, but whoever touches the jewel.

Cullinan Diamond curse

Unlike the Hope Diamond, the Cullinan Diamond curse is not a tale of ancient and tragic deaths, but instead the legend stems from colonial exploitation and a harrowing cutting incident when the 3,106-carat rough stone was first being processed. The gem was first discovered in 1905 in a Premier Mine near Pretoria, South Africa when the mine’s Superintendent Frederick Wells discovered the incomparable jewel.

Master diamond cutter Joseph Asscher began cleaving the massive stone in Amsterdam, his specialised steel blade broke on the first strike without splitting the diamond. The second attempt was successful, but the stress caused a smaller piece to fly across the room, and to diamond cutters, this near loss of a priceless gem is the root of the stone’s lore of “misfortune”.

It is divided into several polished gems, the two largest and most notable being Cullinan I (The Great Star of Africa) which weighs 530.2 carats and is part of the British Crown Jewels, and the Cullinan II (The Second Star of Africa) weighing 317.4 carats and is set in the Imperial State Crown. Some believe that the diamond brings misfortune, however most people claim this to be just superstition as there is no specific event tied to the brilliant gemstone despite its mystique.

Regent Diamond curse

The Regent Diamond is a flawless 140.64-carat cushion-cut diamond famed for its near-perfect clarity and faint blue tint. It is of course tied to a dark legend, a legendary tale of greed, betrayal and tragedy. It originated in the Golconda mines of India and was found by an enslaved miner in 1701 who smuggled the diamond to the coast in a wound in his own leg. An English ship captain promised to assist him in escaping for part of the profit but instead killed him and sold the stone to an English merchant, Thomas Pitt. He sent the stone to London where it was then cut over the course of 2 years.

It was then purchased for the French Crown by Phillipe II, Duke of Orleans in 1717 and was set into Louis XV’s crown for his coronation in 1722, and later into a crown for Louis XVI in 1775. Marie Antoinette was also a wearer of the diamond, as it was used to adorn a hat of hers, who both suffered unfortunate deaths. In 1801 it was recovered by Napoleon Bonaparte who used it for the guard of his sword, and following his defeat at Waterloo, he lost his empire, was exiled to the remote island of Saint Helena and died in isolation. Today, the gemstone remains on display in the Louvre in Paris, where the myth of the curse continues, as during the jewel heist at the museum last October where eight priceless pieces of the French Crown Jewels were taken, the diamond was left strangely untouched.

Koh-I-Noor Diamond curse

George VI and Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother Coronation

The Koh-I-Noor is a 105.6-carat diamond, its name translating to “Mountain of Light” in Persian, it’s one of the largest cut diamonds in the world. Originating from the Kollur mines in India, the diamond bears a famous, centuries-old Hindu warning, “He who owns this diamond will own the world, but will also know all its misfortunes. Only God or woman can wear it with impunity”.

Through hundreds of years, the gem changed hands through bitter coups, treachery, and gruesome violence and many of the empires and kings that possessed the Koh-i-Noor suffered dramatic falls. The Khalji empire dynasty ended in bloodshed shortly after acquiring the diamond, the Nader Shah of Persia descended into madness after looting the stone from Delhi in 1739, blinding his own son and later being assassinated by his own soldiers, and the Sikh empire collapsed while in possession of the gem, resulting in the British annexation of the Punjab.

In 1849, the British East India Company seized the diamond, forcing the 11-year-old Sikh Maharaja, Duleep Singh to sign the annexation of Lahore, officially surrendering the gem to Queen Victoria. Believers of the curse reference the Revolt of 1857, which erupted not long after the gem’s arrival and almost destroyed the East India Company. Fully aware of the diamond’s dark, bloody history, the British royal family heeded the legend. From the reign of Queen Victoria onward, the Koh-i-Noor has remained part of the British Crown Jewels been passed exclusively to the Queen’s, from Queen Victoria to Queen Alexandra, to Queen Mary (it’s set in the Queen Mary Crown) and then to Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother who wore the diamond in her 1937 coronation crown and now to Queen Camilla, although famously she decided not to wear it.

Black Orlov Diamond curse

The Black Orlov is a 67.5-carat gun-metal black diamond that is completely shrouded in myth, claiming its past owners were doomed to mysterious suicides. It is believed to have been stolen by a Hindu monk from a statue of the Hindu god Brahma, God of creation, which sparked a curse that led three of its owners to leap to their deaths.

The first was J.W. Paris, a European diamond dealer who brought the gemstone to the US in 1932. Not long after selling the diamond, he supposedly jumped from a Manhattan skyscraper. Later in the 20th century, it came into the possession of two Russian princesses, Princess Leonila Viktorovna-Bariatinsky and Princess Nadia Vyegin Orlov (hence the name), who both leaped to their deaths about a month apart. However, historians note that much of this lore is unverified, or example that Princess Nadia never actually existed.

To break this alleged curse, the new owner, New York City diamond dealer Charles F. Winston had the large rough diamond recut over two years. It was reset into a brooch-style pendant surrounded by 108 white diamonds and suspended from a 124-diamond necklace. It’s been displayed in museums around the world but now resides with a private owner.

What is the most famous cursed diamond?

The Hope Diamond. The blue stone now in the Smithsonian carries the longest and most lurid chain of misfortune, from Louis XIV to heiress Evalyn Walsh McLean, who died in debt having lost her son, daughter and husband. Whether curse or salesmanship, no diamond has shed its reputation less successfully.

Is the Hope diamond curse real??

There is no evidence of a curse. The tragedies attached to its owners are a mix of coincidence and storytelling, much of it amplified by Pierre Cartier to help sell the stone to Evalyn Walsh McLean in 1912. The legend has outlived everyone who profited from it.

Where is the Hope Diamond now?

At the National Museum of Natural History in Washington D.C., where it has been since it was donated to the Smithsonian in 1958. It remains set in a pendant surrounded by white diamonds.

Why didn’t Queen Camilla wear the Koh-i-Noor?

She chose not to. For the 2023 coronation the stone was left out of her crown to avoid reopening the dispute over its ownership with India, where its surrender to Queen Victoria in 1849 is still regarded as colonial theft.

Are cursed diamonds real?

No. Every famous curse traces back to coincidence, unverified legend or deliberate marketing. The more valuable the stone, the better the story, and a good curse has always been worth carats.

The History of Pandora Charms: From a 1982 Copenhagen Goldsmith to a Global Icon

Explore the progression of Pandora, from the small couple-owned jewellery store in Copenhagen, Denmark to the global brand it is today, as well as the evolution of its iconic charms.

Pandora charms history

In 1982, a small jeweller in Copenhagen called Populær Smykker, which translates to ‘Popular Jewellery’, was founded as a small goldsmith jewellery shop by Per Enevoldsen and his wife Winnie Liljeborg. Following many successful years running an independent store, which specialised in Thai jewellery for the Danish market, they decided to create their own pieces. In 1987 they welcomed their very first in-house designer, marking the turning point of them becoming an independent artistry brand. From 1989, they started creating and manufacturing their own designs in Thailand.

By 2000 Pandora’s business started to scale. This followed the launch of the charm bracelet concept in Denmark, developed by their in-house designer designers and goldsmiths Lone Frandsen and Lisbeth Enø Larsen. This impacted the entire brand and made rapid growth possible, and Pandora was able to amplify their impact from solely Scandinavian to international. See our story here about the franchise effect – how one jewellery idea beats a thousand new products and how Pandora have maximised the sales of the charm bracelet to grow a global business.

Since the turn of the century Pandora have created between 3,000 and 4,000 individual charms, and there are usually somewhere between 600 and 1,000 charms in their catalogue at any one time. These charms have evolved over the years and include anything and everything from strawberries to popcorn buckets, enchanting talismans through to brand collaborations with Disney and Stranger Things.

Core themes

Pandora’s charm collection is organised into seven core themes, allowing customers to choose pieces that reflect their personalities, interests and life experiences. One of the largest categories focuses on family, friends and meaningful relationships, celebrating the important people in a wearer’s life. Another popular theme centres on love, hearts and romance, featuring designs inspired by affection, commitment and special relationships.

The collection also includes charms inspired by nature and celestial elements, such as animals, flowers, zodiac signs, stars and planets. Pandora’s Disney and pop culture range showcases characters and symbols from popular films, television series and brand collaborations.

Additionally, there are charms designed to commemorate birthdays and special milestones, including graduations, anniversaries and other significant life events.

The final category encompasses symbols and colours, featuring designs such as birthstones, lucky charms, spiritual symbols and religious motifs. By offering such a diverse range of themes, Pandora enables customers to create personalised bracelets that tell a unique story and represent their individual memories, values and interests.

Disney

Since 2014, the brand has held a long-term partnership with the Walt Disney Company, the collaboration cleverly bridges childhood nostalgia with adult self-expression. This relationship is successful since both brands are built on narrative, Pandora’s ability to tell personal stories through charms complements Disney’s legacy of magic and storytelling. Furthermore, it allows fans to celebrate their favourite Disney characters. This also includes the Marvel and Pixar franchises, solidifying its place as Pandora’s most successful and enduring franchise assortments. There was also a significant partnership with Harry Potter in 2019, which discontinued in 2021 as it was a limited-run release, and last year with the Netflix hit Stranger Things.

Pandora has also engaged in a number of high-profile collaborations throughout its history. Its first major partnership came in 2012 with British pop group Girls Aloud, marking the beginning of a strategy that has since connected the brand with a wide range of influential figures from music, television and popular culture.

Over the years, Pandora has worked with notable names including Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, global girl group KATSEYE, singer-songwriter Tyla, and most recently author, broadcaster and wellness advocate Fearne Cotton. These collaborations often result in exclusive jewellery collections that have cross appeal to both Pandora customers and the stars fan bases.

Alongside its collaborative collections, Pandora consistently releases several major seasonal charm collections each year. These typically include spring and Valentine’s Day ranges, Mother’s Day-themed charms, summer-inspired collections, autumn and Halloween designs, and finally winter and Christmas collections.

Personally I’ve owned a Pandora charm bracelet since I was thirteen, and over the years I have continued to personalise it with charms that reflect important memories, people and experiences in my life. I now have fifteen charms on my bracelet, each carrying its own personal meaning and helping to tell my story. For example, I have the White Daisy Flower charm to represent my childhood dog, Daisy, the Rose in Bloom charm as a tribute to my middle name, and a Metallic Blue Gecko charm that symbolises Ibiza where I grew up.

One of the reasons I enjoy collecting Pandora charms is that each new addition becomes a meaningful reminder of a person, place or milestone. Receiving a new charm is always exciting, not only because it expands my collection but because it gives me the opportunity to reflect on the memories and significance behind it. My bracelet has become much more than a piece of jewellery; it serves as a collection of personal stories and experiences that I can share with others, making it both sentimental and unique to me.

Pandora Finds Its Happy Place with Fearne Cotton

There’s something lovely about a piece of jewellery that knows exactly what it’s for. Pandora’s new collaboration with Fearne Cotton, the Happy Place engraving edit, is built entirely around the small things in life that matter. Fearne and Pandora have chosen to illustrate happiness and mindfulness on their charm collection.

Launched on 10 June, the Happy Place edit turns six of Fearne’s own sources of happiness into engravable motifs. Fearne’s symbols feature across pendants, charms and rings. There’s the Pinky Promise for deep connection and trust, a smiley face Happy Place for her love of art and creativity, and The Wave pays tribute to the ocean she keeps coming back to. The 11:11 engraving is the Angel Hour, a moment she uses to make a wish and invite positivity into her day, while a meditation motif called Self Love represents mindfulness, and a sun named Inspiration for optimism and fresh perspective. Each one started as something personal to her and the idea is it becomes something personal to whoever wears it.

Pandora’s Love Loud movement was created in response to a growing crisis of connection, with a majority of UK adults feeling lonely. Rooted in research spanning neuroscience, psychology and sociology, the initiative is built on the idea that love is not only felt but shared, which creates a positive ripple effect that extends far beyond the individual. By encouraging visible acts of affection, gratitude and kindness, Love Loud highlights the transformative impact of emotional expression, both on personal wellbeing and wider communities. The message is simple yet powerful: when love is expressed more freely, it inspires others to do the same, creating a culture of connection, optimism and belonging.

Fearne’s longstanding commitment to championing love, connection and wellbeing makes her a natural fit for the Love Loud movement. These themes have been at the heart of her work for years, most notably through her podcast, which since 2018 has explored what it means to live a happier, more fulfilling life through candid conversations with a wide range of guests. Her focus on openness, emotional expression and human connection closely reflects the values at the centre of Love Loud. Stephanie Legg, Marketing Director at Pandora UK and Ireland, spoke about her experience working with Fearne and the shared vision that made the partnership such a natural collaboration.

“Working with Fearne on this collection has been a joy. Each engraving is inspired by something she truly loves – creating meaningful motifs that celebrate self-expression and connection. It is the epitome of loving loud.”

Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra transformed: The Lucky Clover updated

Van Cleef & Arpels has unveiled an update to its’ best selling Alhambra collection. Named Delicate Metamorphoses the new pieces include sautoir necklaces, reversible Vintage Alhambra rings and a new Sweet Alhambra jewellery watch. Alhambra is the Maison’s most recognisable motif and has now been updated as transformable jewellery including discreet mechanisms, guilloché gold as well as luminous stones.

The timeless design first appeared in 1968, instantly becoming a symbol of the free spirited 1960’s. It was designed for a new generation of independent women who were buying jewellery for themselves. Alhambra was inspired by two unique places – the quatrefoil arches of Spain’s Alhambra Palace and the four-leaf clovers that Jacques Arpels, the founder’s nephew, collected in his garden. “To be lucky, you have to believe in luck,” he would say.

The original Alhambra sautoir featured 20 yellow gold clovers edged in its delicate beading. The design became an instant hit and was quickly adopted by the famous and iconic women of the time such as Princess Grace of Monaco and Romy Schneider. See our story here of an Icon Dissected.

Decades later, the Alhambra has lost none of its sparkle. Today it’s worn by princesses and rappers – from Katherine, Princess of Wales, Queen Camilla to LeBron James, Cardi B and Central Cee. They’ve all been photographed wearing the iconic design. Even at the 2024 Paris Olympics fencer Cheung Ka-Long won gold for Hong Kong wearing his iconic Alhambra bracelet.

Online, the hashtag #VanCleefAlhambra has become a full-blown phenomenon. On TikTok its surpassed 80 million views and has become a Gen Z phenomenon where fans share styling ideas and unboxing. It’s success is due to the simplicity and flexibility of the design. It’s a simple but subtle combination of multi coloured stones and intricate perlée gold beading which makes the pieces so easy to wear and additionally it’s unisex.

Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra bracelet
The Queen’s Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra bracelet in blue agate

Each Alhambra piece is the result of over 15 stages of craftsmanship, carried out by Van Cleef & Arpels master artisans. The stones are individually selected for harmony of colour and iridescence, then shaped, polished and set into golden frames using the ancient lost-wax technique. The collection’s hallmark perlée beading — tiny, rounded gold beads — dates back to the 1920s and remains a signature of the Maison. Every piece is then hand-stamped with the the number 750 (the hallmark indicating its 18k gold) as well a unique serial number, marking it as authentic Van Cleef & Arpels.

For 2025, and nearly sixty years after the designs first appeared Van Cleef & Arpels has updated the collection. Delicate Metamorphoses is a five piece collection of intriguingly transformable designs.

Van Cleef & Arpels Metamorphoses Magic Alhambra

Magic Alhambra launched in 2006 and was the first time that the Maison combined different sized clover designs. Two new Magic Alhambra transformable long necklaces are the key pieces for this new launch. They’ve been designed to be worn in three different ways, as a long sautoir, a short necklace or a bracelet all thanks to hidden clasps. One combines guilloché rose gold with white and grey mother-of-pearl; the other blends guilloché white gold, chalcedony and white mother-of-pearl in cool, luminous tones.

Van Cleef & Arpels Metamorphoses

The new Vintage Alhambra reversible rings feature a smooth rotating mechanism that reveals a second face. One side sporting luminous chalcedony or grey mother-of-pearl, the other a diamond framed in guilloché gold. Lastly a Sweet Alhambra watch joins the collection, a jewellery watch that pairs guilloché white gold with chalcedony and diamonds.

Alhambra’s long term success has been due to the fact that while it’s classic it’s also modern. Adopted by the Hollywood glitterati to the streets of Bronx, each generation making the design personal and also current whether its worn with tracksuits and trainers as per Central Cee or cardigans and twinsets and pearls by Princess Katherine. For Delicate Metamorphoses, the Alhambra has been transformed once again, and continues to be a lucky charm, proving that good luck never goes out of fashion.

This Autumn & Halloween’s best accessible jewellery pieces

As the season’s change, the nights draw in and become colder it’s time to stop wearing our Summer dresses, wrap up in woollens and shift our style to the Fall collections. And we’ve found the best jewellery to combine with those Autumnal colours. At this time of year jewellers also embrace deeper hues of red and orange, as well as warm metals, and textured designs that mirror the richness of Fall itself and we also take a look at some spooky jewellery in time for Halloween. Let’s have a look at the best dazzling accessories for the season.

Kate Spade Forest Pop Mushroom Pendant

While florals are perfect for Spring and Summer while Autumn is time for some more experimental flora and fauna. And right now mushrooms are having a moment. We love Kate Spade’s Forest Pop Mushroom Pendant. It’s cute and affordable and brings life-like charm to an outfit. Reminiscent of fairytale toadstools from childhood, it adds a pop of colour to Autumn’s more muted fashions. Fashioned from cubic zirconia, resin and glass material with gold it’s an inexpensive piece to jazz up any Autumn look. For more, there’s even a matching mushroom ring!

Roxanne First Mini Rainbow Sapphire Mushroom Ring

Roxanne First’s Mini Rainbow Sapphire Mushroom Ring is a little gem – literally! The mushroom is set with tiny sapphires, September’s birthstone, in all the colours of the rainbow. With a dainty and whimsical design, its petite silhouette feels understated yet full of personality. Equally quirky and refined, it’s a little bit of luxury with a lot of character.

The Great Frog Skull Band

The Great Frog skull band

The Great Frog in London’s Carnaby Street has been the go to jewellery place for punks and rockers for more than 50 years. Since 1972 they’ve been producing skulls and spooky jewels that have been worn by musicians, artists and celebrities from Mick Jagger and Motörhead’s Lemmy to more recently even Harry Styles. This 9 carat gold double headed skull ring with ruby eyes is a perfect Halloween accessory at an affordable price. They even offer a matching bangle and there’s a multitude of skull rings on offer in gold as well as sterling silver.

The David Yurman story began in 1980 when David Yurman and his wife Sybil Yurman decide they wanted to create wearable art. Memento Mori comes from the Latin “Remember you must die” and the style became popular in the Gothic period of Medieval art. This David Yurman Momento Mori silver bracelet is an ideal Halloween accessory as it directly represents death.

Be-Jewelled Marquise Amber Gold-plated Necklace

Be-Jewelled Amber necklace

The Be-Jewelled Marquise Amber Gold-Plated Necklace feels both timeless and fresh. Its striking marquise-cut amber perfectly echoes the warm Autumnal tones of the season. The elongated silhouette of the stone gives it a refined, almost vintage quality, while the rich golden plating adds a modern edge. The amber itself glows like autumn sunlight through falling leaves, its depth shifting as it catches the light and evoking the earthy, golden palette of the season. The balance between bold design and warm, natural hues makes it an essential Autumnal piece.

Pandora Halloween charms

One of the easiest ways to accessorise any outfit is by wearing a charm bracelet, and the go to brand is of course, Pandora. Known for their seasonal ranges and limited-edition charms, and the Autumnal theme is not excluded from this. For Halloween Pandora are offering pumpkins, skeletons, poison apples and ghoulish ghosts. It’s a playful yet stylish way to embrace the spirit of the season.

Hannah Kyriakou Acorn and Leaf Necklace

A more literal way to pay tribute to the season is through a shape that instantly reminds us of Autumn. Hannah Kyriakou has captured this symbol perfectly with their sterling silver or 24ct gold-plated Leaf Necklace. The design was crafted using an ancient wax-casting method, which allows for an exceptional level of detail that engraving alone cannot achieve, bringing the leaf to life with intricate textures and delicate lines. For those looking to complete the look, the necklace is part of a coordinated set with matching earrings and a bangle.

Selenichast Maple Leaf Collection

This colourful collection is another great option Autumn option. Selenichast has a variety of Autumn themed pieces, including a toadstool with a squirrel hiding inside. If you’re looking for something a little more elegant, Selenichast offer Maple Leaf Pearl earrings, as well as a matching necklace, ring and bracelet. Each piece is plated in 18K gold on brass and has miniature gems which seem to be cubic zirconia, adding the perfect amount of sparkle to a colourful whimsical design.

Lee Renée Poppy Ring – Garnet & Diamond

Lee Renée Poppy Ring – Garnet & Diamond

This Lee Renée Poppy ring may be less conventionally linked to Autumn, however the deep orange-red tones of the marquise garnet tie in the seasonal feeling. Its trio of poppy blooms and seed pods curl round a chevron-band, setting the tone for quiet boldness. The garnet pairs with a brilliant cut diamond to add just a touch of sparkle without overpowering the design. Produced in sterling silver, 18ct yellow gold vermeil, or solid 9ct yellow gold, the ring offers a softness and versatility that works well as a staple piece. Handcrafted ethically in Hatton Garden from recycled metals, it’s delicate enough to wear every day yet detailed enough to stand out.

Henryka Mighty Oak Leaf Necklace

Crafted from sterling silver with a wash of 24ct gold and centred on genuine Baltic amber, the Henryka Woodland Wildlife necklace highlights a delicately detailed oak leaf that seems to wrap around the stone. The warm amber glow paired with the gold plating recalls fallen leaves and golden afternoon light, offering a natural richness without feeling over the top. Combine with a cozy sweater or let it peek out from under a collar, it brings just the right touch of woodland charm and all the textures and changes Autumn brings.

Henryka Amanda Handmade Spider Brooch in Silver and Amber

If you’re looking for something with a spookier vibe but still want to keep that warm-toned amber, Henryka’s Spider Brooch is perfect. This bold statement piece features a full spider design, with its body formed from a striking Baltic amber gemstone that glows with those signature fiery hues. The eight dainty, yet sturdy sterling silver legs create an intricate silhouette that feels equal parts edgy and elegant, making this a conversation starter. The mix of organic amber with the sharp lines of the silver legs combines natural beauty and gothic charm, making it ideal for the Halloween season.

Kate Spade Flower Mini Pendant

For those who prefer something a little more delicate, the Kate Spade Mini Flower Pendant is a sweet and versatile choice. Its dainty floral design feels playful yet refined, with just enough sparkle to brighten up even the cosiest autumn outfit. The gold-tone finish adds warmth, while the tiny crystal at the centre catches the light beautifully, giving it that understated elegance Kate Spade is known for. It’s an everyday piece that works just as well layered with chunkier seasonal jewellery as it does worn solo.

Charli XCX: From the Met Gala to the Grammys and working with Saint Laurent, here are seven of her best looks

There is no doubt that Charli XCX has always had an edgier style throughout her career, and recently, the three-time Grammy award winner has definitely leaned into the ‘Brat’ aesthetic since her album drop last year.

From the grunge and alternative outfits to the bright colour ensembles, here are our top picks for the best looks of her career so far.

Met Gala 2024

It’s important to mention two of Charli XCX’s most iconic Met Gala looks, as not only are they both distinctive to her, but they are also a perfect contrast of each other.

Back in 2024, the ‘360’ hitmaker sported a bright white gown by Marni that featured sparkling rhinestones and glass beads, with a punky twist. Designed by Francesco Risso, the stunning gown was created from patchworked vintage t-shirts from the 50s and 70s and Hand-sewn by fifteen seamstresses at the Marni atelier in Milan.

The dress fit perfectly with the event’s theme of Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion while also managing to stay true to the singer’s slightly alternative personality and presence. To balance out the look, XCX opted for a dark lipstick and a unique spiky hairstyle. Her accessories consisted of a matching Marni leather bag with the same embroidered gemstones as her dress and a dazzling tourmaline ring from the brand Dyne.

Met Gala 2025

Earlier this year, XCX traded in the bright white look of her 2024 Met Gala look for something with a much more gothic style. She rocked an all-black ensemble by Ann Demeulemeester, designed by the brand’s current creative director, Stefano Gallici. The look was comprised of a fitted blazer, with a feathered open back waistcoat, a pair of micro-shorts underneath a see-through silk chiffon train lined with feathers and a pair of thigh-high leather boots.

She accessorised with large black feather earcuffs along with a pair of graphic diamond earrings and diamond rings from Bucherer Fine Jewellery. According to XCX, the look reimagined a three-piece tailored set that “pays tribute to the self-expression of dandyism”.

Gallici’s work focuses on contrast and the importance of silhouette and eccentricity, which perfectly aligns with the pop star.

Cannes Film Festival 2025

Charli XCX surprised both fans and the media at this year’s Cannes Film Festival by embracing a softer, more glamorous aesthetic.

The singer walked the red carpet at the Kering Women In Motion Awards and Cannes Film Festival Presidential Dinner in a custom lilac Saint Laurent dress, designed by Anthony Vaccarello. The dress featured a daring, deep plunging V-neck with sheer accents which flowed to the ground. Draped elegantly around her shoulders, she sported an oversized feathered boa in the same lilac tone.

As for accessories, XCX opted for a pair of dainty drop diamond earrings from Boucheron.

BRIT Awards 2025

While attending this year’s BRIT Awards – where she won five trophies for her album ‘Brat’ – XCX embraced her provocative style once again.

She opted for a sheer dress from Dilara Findikoglu’s Fall 2025 collection, which allowed her her nude corset and black underwear to show underneath. For a touch of sparkle, the singer opted for a pair of Vela French-cut Pavé diamond drop earrings from the brand Hearts on Fire, and finished her look with a simple pair of black Christian Louboutin pumps.

Grammy Awards 2025

The popstar scooped three gongs at this year’s Grammy awards, as well as a lot of media attention for her light grey Jean Paul Gaultier couture gown, designed by Ludovic de Saint Sernin.

The cinched and corseted tulle dress was inspired by one of the “Le Naufrage” looks from the Jean Paul Gaultier show, which took place only a week before the annual award ceremony. In order to fit Charli’s style, the colour was shifted from a bright white to a stunning silver-grey, and she added a pair of open-toed gladiator boots for a touch of edginess.

She once again accessorised with Bucherer Fine Jewellery, sporting yellow diamond rings and a pair of the maker’s Baguette Love Collection earrings.

Variety Awards 2024

The ‘Girl, So Confusing’ singer appeared at the Variety Awards in December 2024 wearing a daring see-through Saint Laurent dress by Anthony Vaccarello, which she paired with YSL’s plexiglass Vicky Miniaudiere purse and Emmanuel Tomasini pumps, and a handful of rings by LA-based jeweller, Spinelli Kilcollin.

Sweat Tour at Madison Square Garden 2024

XCX’s longstanding relationship with Saint Laurent saw her rock the French luxury brand’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection’s opening look while performing at Madison Square Garden during her co-headlining Sweat Tour with Troye Sivan. Her outfit consisted of an asymmetrical sheer tube dress paired with a low-waisted black belt and a feather-embroidered coat, accessorised with a signature pair of classic black sunglasses. The iconic night saw her perform ‘Girl, So Confusing’ with suprise guest-star Lorde, who appeared inn a sleek all-black Saint Laurent outfit taken from the closing look of the same collection.

In other Charli XCX news, the popstar stood out in custom Alexander McQueen at Glastonbury 2025.

Keep the ‘Brat’ summer look going just a little longer, with the perfect lime green jewellery .
